2 large beets
1/2 glass water
Cut the greens off the top and trim the root end of the beet.
Peel the skin.
Rinse the beetroots under cool running water.
Cut beetroot into small pieces.
Pour half glass of water in the blender jar and add beetroot.
Blend it until smooth.
Use fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth over a large bowl and pour the blend mixture over it.
Press the mixture with spatula to get maximum juice out of it.
Drink immediately or drink it after keeping it in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
